Awesome service. The first guy Richard almost scared us from coming back but the ladies here are incredibly kind and friendly. Thank you Liz for the consistently friendly and personable service :) you made us feel right at home. Gorgeous location. Apparently one of only a half dozen or so Starbucks anywhere in the world that are river adjacent. Yes, the front patio is nice for people watching and the inside is comfortable too, but he back patio seating is not miss because of the rushing river and beautiful trees. So relaxing!

I LOVE this starbucks!! The outdoor seating has the most amazing views.. I can't believe how tranquil and relaxing it is to just sit here, watching the water go by, people strolling along, just sitting there, sipping on a tall Red Eye.. The baristas are friendly and efficient, their coffee was just right and I couldn't ask for a whole lot more from this coffee shop. This is, by far, the nicest Starbucks I've ever visited. The one thing that could be improved, and which would have made this a 5 star review, is the interior seating. There are no cozy areas to curl up in, which would be perfect for a cold evening, as you see the outdoors from behind the window pane. This shop was rather small and I'm not sure that they could even fit anything like this in, but it would be a great upgrade. As I was just passing through this area, on a cross- country roadtrip, I'm not likely to be back any time soon but if and when...I will definitely come back here, for the coffee, but mostly for the memory of this place. Super nice job guys! :)

I've been coming to Estes Park for years and one of our favorite things is going to Starbucks and sitting out back by the river. Everybody has always been so nice even when there's a line of people. I tell everyone that's coming to Estes Park that they have to go to Starbucks and sit out back and enjoy the beautiful river.

There was one woman in front of me trying to redeem a free drink for about 5 minutes to no avail. The woman ringing her up was pleasant, but the FOUR other people behind the counter didn't do anything but talk loudly about an employee who called in to work two hours before his shift. I felt like I was on a hidden camera show... It was so completely obnoxious. No one offered to get my order started, they all purposely avoided eye contact. I even said "hi, excuse me" a couple of times, but they completely ignored me. Such rude customer service.

Gorgeous location on the river. Sit outside and enjoy the running river. Clean bathrooms. Amazing s'mores frapacino.

Just had to stop and leave a review as I was bowled over by the view outside, where you can go and sit and sip your coffee next to the river. Amazing! Obviously everything else is just Starbucks!

What can you say about starbucks. I am a regular at the local one. This was different, while they didn't get my green tea latte right, they have an AMAZING back patio. Lovely to sit and watch the stream.

It's a Starbucks. I go to Starbucks because: a. I really like their coffee. b. It's just as good no matter which one you go to. c. I have no political or social agenda against doing business with a national chain. What sets this one apart, as other reviewers have said, is the patio outside their back door. The Estes Park River Walk is one of the most beautiful, relaxing places to sit and enjoy a coffee in the entire state of Colorado. Especially in the fall after most of the tourists have gone home.

Like a previous reviewer noted -- it's Starbucks so the drinks taste as well as any other Starbucks around. I was, however, pretty disappointed in the service. I stopped in to grab two drinks for my husband and noted there was no one at the counter waiting for drinks except someone who was just getting their Frappuccino. My order was taken, but two baristas sat around chatting while one barista made drinks. A customer came in about 5 minutes after me who they all apparently knew and ordered four drinks (which they gave to her on the house, but whatever). What I thought was unprofessional was that even though I had been waiting for 10 minutes (at least) with no one else in line ahead of me, the only barista making the drinks went ahead and made her friend's order before mine....which took another 10 minutes, and even though I had clearly been waiting for a bit. All the while the other two baristas stood around chatting. In the end, I got a "well she's our friend, so it's ok that we made you wait" excuse. Just poor service and I expect better.

The prettiest Starbucks I have ever been to. It's right on the river. Get your cuppa joe "for here," in a mug, and sit outside and enjoy the view!

Coffee is horrible!! over roasted & burnt . Service is nice. Go east down the street a few stores to Kind Coffee. Parking is impossible.

It is Starbucks, so the drinks are standard fare. What makes this a special place was the friendly staff and the back patio that overlooks the Big Thompson river. If you are a Starbucks fan, stop in for this great location.

Consistently good! Coffee is always perfect. Tried egg and spinach wrap and it was delicious.
